Ashleigh Sim

Description: Ashleigh is a registered massage therapist (RMT) with more than 5 years of RMT experience. She graduated from the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy and is very passionate in her role to help others helping others. Ashleigh believes in getting to know her clients and helping them on the road to recovery, while using her education, experience, and natural abilities.

Ashleigh specializes in deep tissue techniques as well as the following:
– double certified in hot stone massage
– therapeutic massage
– trigger point release
– myofascial release
– joint mobilization
– sports massage
– aromatherapy

Along with her background in athletic training, Ashleigh has recently become a certified nutrition coach (CNC). She is also certified in ‘Nutrition for Inflammation’ and ‘Holistic Nutrition for the Musculoskeletal System’.
